Employment
Thank you for your interest in working at Cragun's. The Brainerd Lakes area offers four season recreational life style opportunities. The community has a progressive educational system, regional medical center and emerging cultural environment. We are a family owned Conference & Golf Resort and have been in business for 60+ years.

We offer seasonal and full time positions available throughout the Conference Center, Resort and The Legacy Courses at Cragun's. Almost all openings require day, evening and/or weekend work, and your flexibility to fill various shifts is a plus. Applicants should be at least 17 1/2 years of age. Housing is currently available on-property. Our mission is Excellence in Guest Service.

Security
We have a position open on our Security Team to perform a variety of functions throughout the property. Work mostly evenings and 2-3 overnight shifts per week, full or part time. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and basic first aid, CPR and AED training. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. Housekeeping
Cragun's is now hiring for our housekeeping department. We are looking for individuals with positive attitudes who enjoy being physically active, being on a team and who take pride in their work. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. Positions open include housekeepers, morning and afternoon runner and carpet cleaner. Weekends are a must. Full or part time positions available. Cragun's Lodge Dining Room & Kitchen
We are currently hiring for dishwashers, food prep, food runners, wait staff, bartenders, cocktail servers and supervisors. No experience necessary, we will train. Cragun's Legacy Grille
Cragun's Legacy Grille is now hiring for the 2012 season. Currently we are looking for Experienced Servers, Line Cooks & Prep cooks. We are also looking for banquet servers and dishwashers, no experience necessary but must be motivated to learn. Weekends and holidays are required.
