| All rates shown on the web site do not include states
sales tax. There are no additional lodging/city taxes added on vacation
packages when you stay at Cragun's. |

| Package Changes |
| We reserve the right to alter packages. Rates confirmed
in your reservation will be honored. Vacation rates are not valid for any
conference or meeting. |

| Check-In, Check-Out |
| Rooms are ready by 5 pm. Check-out by noon. Housekeeping
Plus cabins ready by 4 pm. Check-out by 9 am. |
|
| Rollaways and Pack 'N Play |
| All are available for $15 per night. |
|
| Smoking Policies |
| In compliance with the Freedom to Breathe and Minnesota
Clean Indoor Air Act, all indoor facilities including all sleeping
rooms, cottages, decks and public areas have been designated smoke free.
Smoking in a non-smoking unit is a misdemeanor and the smoker will pay
$300 in damages to get the room back to its smoke-free condition. State
law provides that if an offender does not reimburse the innkeeper in 30
days, a $100 civil penalty may be added as well as reasonable attorney
fees up to $500. |

| Personal Watercraft |
| Personal watercraft (Jet Skis) may be stored on trailers
while staying at Craguns, but cannot be launched, docked or beached at
any of Craguns facilities. |
|
| No Pet Policy |
| Pets are not allowed on Cragun's premises because of our
commitment to guests with allergies. Leave your pet at home or call us
prior to your arrival for a list of area kennels. Violation of the pet
policy will result in pet eviction and a minimum charge of $300 for any
damage and cleaning of the room. |

| Credit Cards and ATM Cash Machine

| We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
and cash card. |
|
| Babysitting |
| Ask your reservationist for a list of babysitters. |
|
| Airport Shuttle |
| Transportation from the Brainerd Airport can be arranged
for a fee. |
|
| No Fireworks on Property |
| To allow all of our guests to enjoy the peaceful vacation
they came to Cragun's Resort for, fireworks are not allowed on the resort
property. |

| Changes & Cancellations |
Cancellations
You are responsible for your entire reservation. For
lodge rooms, if you cancel 14 days (30 days for groups) prior to your
scheduled arrival date, your deposit may be refunded less a $40 per room
service fee. For cabin rentals, if you cancel 14 days (30 days for
groups) prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit will be
refunded less a fee of one-half of your deposit. If your reservation is
cancelled less than 14 days (30 days for groups) prior to your scheduled
arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited for both lodge rooms
and cabins. There is a maximum of four people per lodge room.
Changes
For lodge rooms, if you change your reservation less than
14 days prior to arrival, a $40 ($50 for groups) service fee will be
charged. For cabin rentals, if you change your reservation less than 14
days prior to arrival, a fee of one-half of your deposit will be
charged.

Guests will pay the remaining balance due at check-out. "No Show" rooms
are released at 8:00 am the day following the reservation arrival date
and your deposit will be forfeited. (Note: Housekeeping Plus and NHRA
deposits are non-refundable.) Non-availability of recreation facilities
and equipment or weather conditions are not causes for cancellation.
Spa Packages & Golf Packages are booked on a per person basis. If
you cancel 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your deposit
may be refunded less a $40 PER PERSON service fee. If you cancel less
than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, each person’s $100
deposit will be forfeited.
Golf Packages – the remaining balance for your golf package will
be charged 15 days prior to your arrival. |
