Recreation Leader

Job purpose: Responsible for implementing indoor and outdoor recreational activities for children and adults.

Duties and responsibilities

• Assists in the implementation of programs and monitoring participants in on-site and off-site recreational activities such as board and field games, arts and crafts, fitness activities, and field trips.
• Conduct necessary preparation and clean-up for each recreational activity.
• Effectively communicate with and monitor the behavior of participants for the purpose of maintaining order and safety.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualifications
• Ability to communicate orally with diverse groups of individuals.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Must possess a valid State driver’s license or have the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Must be First Aid and CPR certified or have the ability to become certified.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and a DMV check.

Front Desk

Job Summary

Cragun’s is looking to fill a Front Desk Agent Position. There is some flexibility on schedule. Priority is for 2nd shift. May include weekends and holidays.

Job purpose

As a Front Desk Agent you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring that their stay will become a memorable experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties and responsibilities

  • Register guests, accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures
  • Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices
  • Knows the location and types of available rooms as well as the activities and services of the property
  • Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification to housekeeping of all check outs, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms
  • Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary
  • Knows cancellation procedures
  • Maintains guest room key storage, and maintains and supervises access to safe deposit boxes
  • Process guest check-outs
  • Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out’s, currency exchange
  • Uses proper telephone etiquette
