USA Junior National Team
OUR MISSION…To mentor, guide and encourage our athletes and to make a difference in their lives. To provide young people with a world class coaching environment in a positive and inspiring manner. To develop our athletes into nationally and internationally ranked junior golfers. To provide our athletes the best coaching and training facilities in the nation. The USA Junior National Training program is the nation’s first long-term player development program. The program contains five teams or “levels”: Development I, Development II, Future Stars, Pre-Elite and Elite.
FUNdamentals – ages 4-6
FUNdamentals (S.N.A.G. Golf – Starting New At Golf) introduces the concepts of the grip, stance, balance and the swing in a very age appropriate fashion. The program focuses on basic sports skills such as running, jumping and throwing. Juniors experience success because the equipment is developmentally appropriate and easy to use. The program will introduce the etiquette and safety issues involved with the game.
SNAG Golf equipment will be provided.

Developmental I – ages 6-10
Introduces key game fundamentals. Develops athletic skills, golf movements and overall sport skills. Open to boys and girls.
- Grip – effective and functioning grip
- Stance – procedure for each shot
- Alignment – aiming the clubface and aligning the body
- Scoring – how to keep each other’s score
- Etiquette – where to stand, quiet, bunkers, pitch marks
- Chipping/Pitching/Putting – angle of club at impact, loft, roll vs. carry
Program Dates: June 9, 16, 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28, Morning Program 8:30 am-10:30 am, Afternoon Program 11:30 am-1:30 pm, Evening Program 5:00-7:00 pm, GIRLS ONLY 10:00 am-12:00 Noon (one hour of instruction followed by one hour on the golf course).
Cost: 16 hours of coaching, Wednesday $290 per year.

Developmental II – Ages 10-14
Focus on play and enhancing scoring skills while building on competitive golf experiences.
- Putting – distance, control, green reading, ball position and aim.
- Driving – distance and direction.
- Swing – plane
- Physical Condition and Health – balance, flexibility, posture, core strength, stability, and endurance.
- Rules of Golf and etiquette.
- Club Knowledge – how far all clubs generally hit.
Program Dates – Thursdays: June 10, 17, 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, August 5, 12, 19, 26. Morning 8:30-11:00 am, Morning 10:00 am-12:30 pm, Afternoon 11:30-2:00 (one hour of instruction followed by one and one-half hours on the golf course).

High Performance Program
Our High Performance Summer Program is designed for the current or future high school golfer. High Performance focus will be on the full swing with individual lessons and scoring skills and game management with the supervised practice sessions. Individual lessons by appointment. Practice sessions Tuesdays, 4:00-5:00 pm, June 8 – August 24.
Cost: $300 per month, billed June, July and August 1
Our High-Performance Fall program is designed for the current or future high school golfer. High Performance focus will be on scoring skills and game management. Wednesday sessions will take place on the golf course and Saturday sessions will focus on scoring areas of the game.
Schedule: Tuesdays August 31, Sept. 2, 7, 14 and 21
Thursdays Sept. 2, 9, 16, and 23
4:00 pm-6:00 pm
• 14 hours of instruction
• On course instruction focusing on game management and decision making
• Range sessions will focus on short game to improve scoring
• Short game assessment
• Full swing assessment
• Goal setting for off season and 2020 high school season
High-Performance participants will receive a $100 discount on our Future Champions Winter Program.
Girls Golf Excellence
This program is for girls only. It is designed for girls who play high school or middle school golf. Girls can participate in this program only or combined with our High Performance Program. It will be performance based coaching with a weekly clinic and two weekly playing opportunities. The program includes on-course coaching, tournament preparation, short game and full swing instruction.
- 2 playing opportunities per week – Tuesday’s and Friday’s starting June 4 through August 16
- Organized play each session on Par 3 course and Legacy Championship Courses
- 12 hours of instruction
- 22 playing opportunities
- Program includes membership for Legacy Par 3/Driving Range. Unlimited golf and driving range privileges entire golf season. This can be upgraded to full membership to include the Legacy Championship courses.

Summer Junior Golf League
Weekly 9-hole matches on Cragun’s Legacy Par 3 Course
Summer Junior League Program Dates: Monday, July 5, 12, 19, 26, August 2, 9, 16, 23, 5:00-7:00 pm
Fall Junior Golf League
Chris Foley Golf and Cragun’s Legacy will be hosting a Fall Junior League for players in 3rd through 8th grade. Players will grouped into teams and play weekly matches.
The Fall League will last 4 weeks starting Monday, August 30th and ending Wednesday, September 29th.
Matches & instruction will be held at Cragun’s Legacy Par 3 Course on Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM. Wednesday’s sessions will be golf clinic/skills day and Monday’s sessions with be matches.
4 Weeks of Golf Monday clinic/skills 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm Wednesday matches 4:00 PM Shotgun
Cost: $125 includes 5 competitive rounds at Cragun’s Par 3 Course, 4 golf clinics/skills days conducted by Chris Foley & Ryan Sharpe.
