We have enhanced our cleaning processes and implemented new procedures to provide a cleaner, safer environment for both our guests and our team members. We stay in contact with our Governor, state representatives, and health officials to ensure we are starting amenities at the proper times and when it will be safe for all our guests. We will update our website including the activities calendar and dining pages as changes occur.
Minnesota Mask Requirement
In accordance with the Minnesota State Mandate, masks are required to be worn indoor public areas and outside when 6 feet social distancing cannot be followed. For dining and bars, masks must be worn at all times except when seated at your table. Masks are not required when swimming in the pools. Children 5 and under are not required to wear a mask. Please be courteous to other guests and wear your mask. Masks are available at the front desk.
Changes to Housekeeping
Our housekeeping processes have changed to comply with the current industry best practices. For the health and safety of our guests, we are not offering daily room cleaning/stayover service. Your room has been stocked with extra towels and toiletries. You can also pick up extra supplies at the front desk or by calling the front desk at 218-825-2700 (internal phones dial 0) and we will be delighted to deliver extra supplies to your room.
Restaurants and Bars
Our restaurants are open for both dine-in and take-out as we continue to follow Minnesota’s Stay Safe Plan. For updated restaurant dining hours, please check our dining pages or refer to the FunTimes Newsletter available at the front desk. We have also added a special Room Service/To Go Menu available from 8 am-7 pm every day.
Swimming Pool, Hot Tubs, and Saunas
The indoor pool is open from 8 am-11 pm at a reduced capacity. You can avoid crowded times by enjoying the pool earlier in the day or later in the evening. Masks do not have to be worn while swimming but must be worn when not swimming unless eating and drinking. Due to limits put on the operation of the whirlpool (i.e., number of people and adults only), the whirlpools and sauna will remain closed at this time.
We have introduced online registration for all scheduled activities and are following social distancing guidelines. We will limit the number of participants to ensure we have enough sanitized supplies for activities. Our indoor activities will be help in a large meeting room with widely spaced tables. All items used are disposed of or sanitized afterwards. With limited participants, please sign up early. Visit our activities calendar for a list of our scheduled activities.
Cragun’s beaches are private and only available for our guests. With almost a mile of sandy beaches, we have plenty of room for you to spread out and enjoy the view.
We will continue to monitor and update these policies for the health and safety of our guests and staff.
