Brainerd Snowmobiling
Cragun’s Resort and Hotel is located in the heart of snowmobile country. The Gull Lake Lighted Trail runs past Cragun’s and is connected to a thousand miles of groomed trails in the Brainerd Lakes area. Maps of Brainerd snowmobiling trails are available at the Marina and the Snowmobile Center.
Bring your own sled or rent one from us. Choose one of our new Polaris snowmobiles with the clean and efficient Polaris engines. We offer brand new Ski-Doo Renegade 900 Aces , both single rider and 2-up snowmobiles for rent. We emphasize safety by requiring viewing of a video and review safe operation and familiarity of the sled to insure a comfortable, safe ride. We also review safe Brainerd snowmobiling trails on maps that we provide. Any Minnesota resident born after December 31, 1976, is required by law to hold snowmobile certification.

Snowmobile Clothing Rental: $40 for jacket, bibs, boots, gloves, and helmet. (Items may be rented separately.)

Snowmobile Rental Policy
To rent a snowmobile you must be 21 years of age, present a valid driver’s license and have a snowmobile safety certificate if required by MN State Laws. You must be 18 to drive your own snowmobile, as long as an adult/guardian rented it for you. Minors are allowed to drive if accompanied on the snowmobile by an adult.
Cancellation policy: Does not apply if Cragun’s cancels due to inclement weather. Cancel over 24 hours: no charge, Cancel within 24 hours: 50% charge, no show (1hr after allotted time): full charge. The balance is due at the time of rental. A refundable damage deposit of $1000 per unit is required by cash or credit card. (Sorry, no checks accepted for damage deposit.) Theft of the machine will be the total responsibility of the renter. The snowmobile rental policy and prices are subject to change without notice. 7.375% MN Sales Tax added to all rates.
