A little bit more about Jillian:

By Any Means Wellness and Yoga is unique in that I, a certified yoga instructor who holds a B.S. in Community Health, will bring the yoga studio and wellness topics to you in your environment. Founder of By Any Means Wellness and Yoga, Jillian Means, has also been trained in NETA-CGEI, HIIT it with Yoga, Pilates Anatomy, Yoga Foundations, Silver& Fit Signature Series Classes Certified Instructor, A.E.A. (Aquatic Exercise Association) Arthritis Foundation’s Aquatic Leader, Blooma’s Prenatal Teachers Training Level 1.

Intuition is a gift I have been granted in this life.  From a young age, I knew something wasn’t right.  I had issues with strep throat, IBS,  psoriasis and demyelination.  In 2010 my body had enough of all the inflammation, bad choices, rumination and negative self talk manifested in MS.

Ever since I have been on a path of wellness and healing.  My mantra has been “By Any Means” I will be healthy, happy, grateful and live a long zestful life.  My children will see me doing cart wheels instead of being carted around in wheels.

Along my healing journey I have added tools to my collection that have created essential change to my life.  Some of those tools include: yoga, meditation, nutrition modifications, exercise, affirmations, journaling, adequate sleep, and connecting with nature and others every day.

My toolbox of health is now brimming with tools. By Any Means I will share these with you.

Take what works for you. Leave the rest.

My goal is to help you create your own toolbox to unwind, make connections and transform your body, mind and spirit so you can live a long luscious life.
